Hopscotch is a game in which a player throws a marker into the first square in a board on the ground, the second player hops past it, then throws the marker into the second square and so on. Players can lose the game if they fail to get the marker in the right place, they step on a line, they put a hand or a second foot down, or they hop in the square with the marker.
