Jefferson High School is a public high school (9-12) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Often referred to as Jefferson High, it serves as the school of Richie Cunningham, Warren "Potsie" Weber, Ralph Malph and later Joanie Cunningham. Fonzie briefly tried to attend here in an effort to drop back in, but it didn't work out. (Fonzie Drops In)
The school has a full high school academic lesson roster (English, math, science...) as well as military ROTC training which Richie struggled. Potsie was also in the class, but he kept playing pranks during training. (R.O.T.C.) The school also has a sports program with football and basketball teams that play the other local schools. Both Richie, Potsie and Ralp were on the basketball team.
In his Senior Year, Richie joined the school newspaper and discovered that the cooks the school employed were buying inferior meat to keep the extra money for themselves, often giving the students meat with bones in it. (The Muckrakers)
